[job_card.job_description]Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Database Engineer or a similar role. Must have experience with SQL Server or Oracle database PostgreSQL is a nice to have. Knowledge of AWS cloud services related to database management. In-depth understanding of SQL and database programming. Experience with database design tuning and performance optimization. Familiarity with data security backup and recovery methods. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Must be located in AZ IN or NY and be willing to commute into the office 3 days a week. Certifications in PostgreSQL SQL Server or AWS. Experience with other database technologies and NoSQL databases. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python Java or C#. Own It. Position Overview :
We are seeking a Senior Database Engineer to join our dynamic this role you will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining our database systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. This position requires a deep understanding of database architecture cloud computing and data management.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Design develop and maintain highly scalable and reliable database solutions.
- Manage and optimize PostgreSQL and SQL Server databases for performance and efficiency.
- Implement and maintain cloud-based database solutions primarily on AWS.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Ensure database security backup and recovery processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate database technology within our infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and guidance on database design and architecture.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in database technology.
