Senior Financial Analyst Global Manufacturing (Hybrid, NW Suburbs of Chicago)

📍 Hybrid role based in the northwest suburbs of Chicago
What Youll Take Ownership Of
- Build and monitor performance dashboards across divisions (ROA, working capital, inventory efficiency, DSO, headcount trends, bad debt metrics, etc.)
- Analyze forecasts, variances, and operational indicators to uncover trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Review financial results to ensure accuracy, adherence to internal controls, and compliance with U.S. GAAP
- Partner with operations and finance leaders to support cost-reduction efforts, capital planning, and strategic initiatives
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities and support alignment of close processes across sites
- Perform detailed balance sheet reviews, particularly around inventory, reserves, and working capital components
- Create insightful internal reports for executive leadership; support various ad hoc modeling, reporting, and analysis requests
- Identify profitability drivers and operational bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions
- Contribute to the development and rollout of corporate financial policies, tools, and analytical frameworks
What You Bring
