Bilingual Collections Representative

A company is looking for a Remote Collections Representative (Bilingual - Spanish).

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and accept incoming calls regarding past due accounts

Secure payments on accounts that are past due

Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach during interactions

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent

1-3 years of previous collections experience

Fluency in both English and Spanish

Knowledge of FDCPA preferred

Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
