Job Description

  • Air sealing and caulking
  • Loading insulation machine
  • Stock service truck for daily duties
  • Install insulation
  • Crawl space insulation, ground cover floor installation
  • Venting and installing ventilation equipment (rooftop)
  • Regular use of saws and other construction tools.
  • Box Truck operation (Non-CDL) Must be able to pass DOT Physical.
  • Scaffolding set up and dismantle
  • General maintenance of machinery

The ideal candidate will have the following skills :

  • Past experience in the installation of insulation
  • Team player
  • Strong work ethic and willing to work hard
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record is required
  • Willing and able to work in small spaces a plus
  • Able to continually represent the company in a professional manner.

    • Year round work schedule with an average of 40 to 45 hours per week. A typical work day is from 7 : 00 AM to 4 : 00PM. Some out of state travel may be required for training. We also offer growth opportunities to any individual who shows the ability and desire to meet and exceed company goalsl. Paid vacation and holidays.
