How You’ll Make an Impact

We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Vice President of Engineering to lead our Data Services engineering group. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the overall technical and database strategy, architecture, and execution of our product roadmap. Collaborating closely with the executive team, you will foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement, driving us towards achieving our ambitious business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing team of 70+ engineers, including managers, architects, and individual contributors.
• Collaborate closely with the executive team to define and execute the overall technology strategy, aligning engineering efforts with business objectives.
• Champion a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the engineering organization.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that values diverse perspectives and encourages professional growth.
• Work on exciting, high-impact projects that directly contribute to the success of our platform and business strategy.

Compensation Range : $163,210 - $245,740 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer / temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
