Title Escrow Associate

A company is looking for a Title Escrow Associate.

Key Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of administrative duties to assist in the escrow process

Work with borrowers and lenders to obtain necessary items to clear title and prepare documents for closing

Communicate requirements and information to clients and interpret agreements related to transactions

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

2+ years of escrow-related experience required

Strong customer service and administrative skills

Residential title clearing experience highly preferred
