The Medical Assistant Telehealth Support is a vital member of the virtual care team, responsible for facilitating seamless patient interactions and supporting healthcare providers through both administrative and clinical tasks. This role emphasizes effective communication, care coordination, and operational efficiency to ensure a positive patient experience and high-quality outcomes in a telehealth setting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Schedule and manage patient appointments, consultations, and follow-ups.
• Serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and concerns.
• Support onboarding and orientation calls for new patients.
• Route patient messages and calls to appropriate team members.
