Expected Hours :   40 per week, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday

Salary - Depends on Experience level

Job description :

Fishback Dominick LLP seeks a highly detailed-oriented individual with strong communication skills who is motivated to take on responsibilities and challenges and will also support our Government Law and Workers’ Compensation litigation attorneys.  This full-time position encompasses a variety of administrative, document processing tasks, e-filing, calendaring, trial notebooks, keeping time entries, and some dictation.  This is an exceptional opportunity for candidates seeking a high level of responsibility in a diverse and progressive law firm environment

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies :

• The ideal candidate will have outstanding organizational skills, prepare top quality work product and significant experience in civil litigation preferred, including experience with trial preparation.
• Proficient scheduling and calendaring abilities, including working with Court personnel and opposing counsel
• Experience with e-filing documents in state and federal courts
• A commitment to exceptional client service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to draft / prepare a variety of legal documents
• Strong time managements skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• 5 – 8  years legal experience handling litigation matters
• Motivated personality to excel in their position
• Proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
• Deadline and detail-oriented
