A company is looking for a Merchandising Operations Specialist to support store mapping, assortment planning, and enhancement execution across U.S. retail locations.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and implement merchant strategies into store maps and maintain inventory dates for assortments

Support planning and execution of store enhancement projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule

Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless execution of retrofits and analyze brand performance to inform merchandising strategy

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, preferably in Merchandising, Store Operations, or Planning

Highly process-oriented with exceptional organizational skills

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making informed decisions
