[job_card.job_description]A bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, or a related field 2 years of experience in data analysis and providing professional reporting using Power BI, Excel, and other Microsoft Suite tools, including Microsoft Power Automate, and SharePoint (sites, lists, permissions, workflows). Proven capability in learning new software applications quickly to become a superuser. Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, VBA macros). Key Duties :
- Support EHS software applications focused on incident reporting, site inspections, and chemical management by providing system support, performing data analysis and periodic reporting, using MS-Excel, and the safety management platform.
- Prepare charts and dashboards, as well as weekly, monthly, quarterly formatted performance reports and ad-hoc requests.
- Engage with site EHS players and users to resolve application usage issues.
- Provide data entry and application administrative support using software designed for carbon accounting and sustainability reporting.
- Participate in projects that automate EHS processes through the use of SharePoint and PowerAutomate.
