This role keeps our clients running by repairing and restoring devices quickly, accurately, and safely. Every piece of equipment that passes through your bench impacts a larger network of people who rely on us to deliver consistent, reliable results. Your attention to detail and follow-through are what keep that trust strong.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and restore a variety of devices using manuals, schematics, and repair tools.
- Inspect, clean, and test equipment to confirm it meets operational standards.
- Prioritize repairs based on inventory data and repair queue.
- Accurately document actions taken, parts used, and resolutions completed.
- Organize and catalog devices, tools, and components in your work area.
- Assist with maintaining and improving repair documentation.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current on procedures and best practices.
- Keep your bench and shared areas clean, organized, and in good working order.
Requirements : What You’ll Bring
This is an entry level position and we will provide additional training.
High school diploma or GED required.Six months to one year of related technical or repair experience preferred.Mechanical and troubleshooting ability with both hardware and software.Comfortable lifting and moving up to 50 lbs. frequently.Focus and accuracy in a busy repair or warehouse environment.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfort navigating shared drives and folders.Dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented, with pride in consistent, high-quality work.Note : We are looking to fill four open positions for this role.
