PreSales Solution Engineer | EDI

Join Epicor as a PreSales Solution Engineer! The Solution Engineer provides the sales force (direct and channel) in-depth knowledge of the technical requirements and business use of our EDI products in order to close ERP sales opportunities.

What you will be doing :

Prepare for and conduct software demonstrations along with Sales team.

Provide technical expertise by documenting processes and providing work flow analysis in manufacturing, distribution, and accounting.

Consult with sales force to provide solutions to customer requirements.

Act as a liaison with the Product Managers to discuss potential product development.

Conduct customer and prospect webinars.

Periodic travel as needed.

What you will likely bring :

Minimum of 3 years of experience of presales within the ERP industry or equivalent operational ERP experience

Background of success in supporting both direct and channel sales

Experience in EDI solutions in required

Documented experience of giving customer presentations / demonstrations is required.

Successful candidates may have worked for companies such as : SAP, Microsoft, Infor, Sage, NetSuite or other ERP companies or Value-Added Resellers (VARs).

3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success / knowledge

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).

Range :

Minimum : $82,000 USD Maximum : $131,000 USD
