We're seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic liaison between HR and our client groups across Arizona, Nevada, Wyoming, Colorado, and California. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys frequent travel, thrives in dynamic environments, and understands the unique challenges and strengths of smaller, locally rooted teams.

✈️ Travel & Territory

This position involves regular travel throughout AZ, NV, WY, CO, and CA to collaborate directly with leaders and employees in smaller communities. You'll be the face of HR-listening, learning, and leading initiatives that make a real impact.
