BCBA, $38 - Flint MI

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • State licensure
  • Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism preferred
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and documentation practices
  • Proficient in patient assessment techniques and behavioral therapy methods
  • Familiarity with special education processes and strategies is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities :

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral intervention plans
  • Conduct patient assessments and ongoing progress evaluations
  • Provide training and guidance to staff, caregivers, and families on behavioral therapy strategies
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with medical and legal standards
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support client goals
  • Stay current with best practices and advancements in behavioral therapy
  • Oversee the use of evidence-based intervention techniques
