We are hiring a Senior SQL Server Database Developer to join our team in Camas, WA or Plano, TX. Its paying Up to $160K base + 20% bonus + excellent benefits. This is a full-time, permanent role with a hybrid work model—on-site for the first 90 days, then eligible for 75 remote workdays per year.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of SQL Server database development experience
  • Strong ETL / ELT skills (batch + real-time)
  • 4+ years of Azure experience (IaaS, PaaS, Azure SQL, Data Factory, Cosmos DB, etc.)
  • Bonus : Experience with .NET, T-SQL, GitHub, Azure DevOps, CI / CD pipelines

What You’ll Do

  • Design, build, and optimize data pipelines and storage systems
  • Develop ETL / ELT processes using tools like SSIS, Informatica, Kafka, Spark, or MuleSoft
  • Work with structured and unstructured data models (data vault, dimensional)
  • Collaborate across teams to implement security, monitoring, and tooling
  • Provide operational support and incident management for data flows
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to documentation and training
