Key Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end employee experience, including onboarding and transitions
Plan and execute company-wide and team events to foster company culture
Manage internal communications and maintain HR data accuracy and integrity
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
0-2 years of experience in HR or People Operations, preferably in a startup environment
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects
Resourceful and proactive in identifying process optimization opportunities
