HVAC Marketing Manager

A company is looking for an HVAC Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategies for their commercial HVAC product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and develop a team of Marketing Specialists to support marketing strategies

Develop and execute integrated marketing communications plans for HVAC products

Create high-impact content and coordinate with internal teams for brand consistency

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

7-10+ years of experience in B2B marketing communications, preferably in HVAC or industrial sectors

Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and product teams

Proficiency in marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or HubSpot

Knowledge of HVAC systems and terminology is a strong plus
