Base salary : $120,000 to $150,000 per year

Must have :

• Experience BI, analytics, or marketing / data science roles with digital marketing exposure.
• Experience in digital media or performance marketing industries
• Advanced SQL and Looker proficiency.
• Strong business acumen and cross-functional communication skills.

Experience : Minimum of 5 years in business intelligence or analytics in digital media or performance marketing.

Deliver actionable business intelligence and strategic insights that drive revenue and margin growth across Launch Potato's digital properties.

Base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato's Levels Framework. Your compensation package includes a base salary, profit-sharing bonus, and competitive benefits. Launch Potato is a performance-driven company, which means once you are hired, future increases will be based on company and personal performance, not annual cost of living adjustments.
