Warehouse Forklift Operator

About Core Focus: Core Focus Personnel is a Staffing, Training, and Logistics company serving Alabama's automotive industry.

About the position: Automotive warehouse in the Cottondale/Tuscaloosa area looking for qualified Forklift Operators. These are full time positions with availability on all shifts!

Employees can earn a gross average of $875/ weekly working an average of 50 hours per week! Hourly pay rate is $18/ hour.

Responsibilities include:

• Safe and effective operation of a forklift in all areas including shipping and receiving, sort line and inventorying materials.
• This is for SMP:Motherson, they do NOT hire Rehires!
• Comply with all company policies and government safety procedures and regulations.
• Complete the necessary paperwork related to shipping and receiving, production, etc.
• Maintain production standards and achieve established production goals.
• Follow the preventative maintenance program for all equipment including completing all supporting documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned in response to changing operating conditions and plant priorities.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Forklift Operator (preferred)
• 1 year of Forklift experience required in a production warehouse setting.
• Ability to work a 12-hour shift and overtime as needed.
