A company is looking for a Parts Technical Support Agent to provide technical expertise related to parts within a fast-paced customer support environment.

Key Responsibilities

Process requests and document them using an internal incident management system

Find solutions for dealers to reduce machine down times in collaboration with team members

Research issues and provide accurate part identification information for corrective actions

Required Qualifications

Associates Degree in Agriculture, Construction, or mechanical / technical science with three years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree

Minimum one year experience with daily usage of Windows-based computer systems

Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM

Ability to work flexible hours as business needs dictate
