Job Title : IWMS Operator

Location : Merrimack NH 03054

Duration : 12 months contract

Pay : $22.80 / hr. on W2

Citizenship Requirement : US Citizens

Shift : 1st Shift Mon to Fri 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 30 PM

Job Description :

The Facility Management IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System) Operator is responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the facility management system.

This includes managing and maintaining accurate data generating reports and providing support to facility management teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operate and maintain the IWMS system ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Manage and update facility data including space assets and maintenance records.
  • Maintain floor plans and associated space details for publishing to IWMS system.
  • Generate reports and provide data analysis to support facility management decisions.
  • Provide technical support and training to facility management teams.
  • Collaborate with facility management teams to identify and resolve issues

Required Skills :

  • Basic AutoCAD proficiency
  • Basic REVIT proficiency a plus
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency required.
  • Experience with IWMS systems (e.g. Tririga Archibus FMX or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • 2-3 years of experience in IWMS operation facility data management facilities drafting or a related field
  • High school graduate

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Familiarity with IFMA and BOMA standards.
  • Experience in facility management or a related field o Knowledge of database management and reporting tools
  • Experience with IWMS systems (e.g. Tririga Archibus FMX or similar) is highly desirable

    • Associates or Bachelors degree in related field
