Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls and troubleshoot issues
Monitor inbound emails and manage incidents in the ticketing system

Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in a technical support role
High School diploma or GED
Training or certification in Cisco, Cambien, Calix, and Juniper
Knowledge of network technologies and components
Experience with network troubleshooting methods such as telnet and Ping
