Job Description

HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Technician in the industrial industry in Eagan, MN!

Salary : $28-35 / hr

Shift : 2nd Shift 3-11 pm M-F

Location : Eagan, MN

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

Assist with repairing, maintaining, installing, and troubleshooting industrial equipment, including steam tunnels, conveyor systems, and boilers.
Perform preventive / predictive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Resolve safety concerns promptly and effectively.
Perform indoor and outdoor housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean work environment.
Monitor inventory supplies and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Education Requirements :

High School Diploma or GED

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

2+ years of experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or the military

Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English

Experience with and ability to read blueprints

Basic Microsoft Office computer skills

Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8-hour shift

Preferred knowledge in boiler operations and HVAC systems

Experience and ability to perform welding activities, including MIG, TIG, ARC, cutting, and brazing
