As a Senior Travel Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making within the Optimize Travel Analytics team.

Your Impact
As a Senior Travel Analyst, you will develop a deep understanding of regional travel trends and build strong relationships with key stakeholders (being specialized in your designated region North America). Your responsibilities will include analyzing travel data, generating actionable insights, and supporting ad-hoc requests to address evolving business needs, documenting methodologies, processes and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility in our toolbox and keeping these up to date, shaping how we embed generative artificial (and business) intelligence into our way of working and preparing, processing and analyzing large volumes of spend data and portfolio trends and suggesting and implementing improvements to processes. You will also contribute to global initiatives, collaborating with colleagues across regions to enhance the firm's overall travel strategy. Your work will directly influence how the firm optimizes its travel program, ensuring it aligns with category objectives and broader organizational goals. By delivering high-quality analytics and innovative solutions, you will help the team uncover opportunities to improve efficiency, enhance the traveler's experience, and achieve cost savings. Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping the future of travel at the firm.

is $99,200 - $123,900 USD -to help you understand what you can expect. This reflects our best estimate of the lowest to highest

to remember that actual salaries may vary. Factors like your office location, your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current
organizational needs all play a part in determining the final figure. Certain roles are also eligible for bonuses, subject to McKinsey's discretion
and based on factors such as individual and / or organizational performance.
