Mercor is seeking legal professionals experienced in special needs law and trusts to develop high-quality legal guidance content. This material will support internal AI testing and demonstration datasets.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Draft structured legal content related to special needs trusts, guardianship, and disability benefits. - Ensure accuracy in areas such as ABLE accounts, Medicaid eligibility, and SSI processes. - Translate complex legal frameworks into clear, standardized documentation. - Verify all explanations against public, authoritative sources. - Collaborate asynchronously with the project manager. ###
• You’re a strong fit if you have :
• 8+ years of experience as a practicing attorney, legal scholar, or advanced paralegal. - Deep knowledge of special needs law, guardianship, and trust structures. - Strong understanding of Medicaid application workflows and SSI requirements. - Proven ability to communicate complex legal topics clearly. - High attention to detail and reliability in meeting deadlines. ###
