As an Assistant Teacher at Atlas Elementary, you will play a vital role in the classroom, working alongside a certified lead teacher throughout the day to support high-quality and engaging instruction. Youll be collaborating with your partner teachers and the larger school community to bring Atlas mission and vision to life. In this role, you will :

• Collaborate with the lead teacher to deliver dynamic lessons, contributing your unique perspective and skills to create a rich, engaging classroom experience for every student.
• Gain hands-on experience and professional growth opportunities within an expanding and forward-thinking educational environment.
• Support children in developing critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills that will serve them in all areas of life.
• Stay informed about current trends, innovations, and research in learning sciences, instructional methods, and student behavior.
• Partner with families and community organizations to offer the individualized support each student needs, maintaining high expectations and standards for student achievement.
• Contribute to educating the whole child by supporting Atlas commitment to habits, skills, and mindsets essential for lifelong success.
