A company is looking for a Sr. Consultant, Quality Control & Improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Execute Quality Process Improvement projects and initiatives, including leading work management and heat mapping projects
Initiate process improvements, root cause analysis, and compliance measures while collaborating with various teams
Identify patterns and trends in data to forecast resource requirements and assist in client implementation planning
Required Qualifications
College degree or equivalent work experience
10+ years of relevant work experience in the healthcare industry or expertise in benefit configuration and testing
Expert level experience using MS Excel for data analysis
Minimum eight years of experience in leading process improvement initiatives
Experience in a client-facing role with knowledge of the PBM process and quality controls
