Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist is needed for the 2025-2026 school year at a K-12 school located in Crandall, TX. This onsite, contracted position offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic educational environment supporting students communication development and academic success throughout their K-12 journey.

Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and goals
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and school personnel to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and treatment outcomes
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development and updates
• Monitor and report on student progress consistently throughout the school year
