We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Mid-Level Maintenance Technician to join our property maintenance team at Glenhaven Apartment Homes, a premier luxury community in Hutto, TX.

Your Role :

Maintain and Preserve : Ensure that our luxurious multi-million dollar property remains in top condition, providing residents with a quality living experience.
Troubleshoot and Repair : Utilize your technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more to address and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
Build Rapport with Residents : Foster strong relationships with our residents by assisting with general maintenance requests related to appliances, flooring, and more.
Prepare Units for Leasing : Work alongside the service team to ensure vacant apartments are move-in ready, meeting company specifications.
Enhance Curb Appeal : Collaborate with the team to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the community.

Qualifications :

1+ years of experience in general maintenance.

Knowledge in HVAC systems, plumbing, and basic carpentry.

CPO certification required (can be obtained post-hire).

Fair housing training mandatory; CAMT certification preferred.

Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook).

Strong customer service skills are essential.

Availability for on-call duties as required.

Pay Range : $19.88 - $24.00 per hour
