Medical Receptionist

Description

They will be sitting at the front desk with the below responsibilities :

• Check Patients In
• Verifying and authorizing insurance
• Schedule follow up appointments
• Answer phone calls to help patients
• collect Co pays
• Call for appointment reminders
• Accept packages and log them into the system (hearing aids) when received
• Send medical records to various parties

Will need to be bilingual in either American Sign Language ASL or Spanish
