Veterinary Technician

At Colonial Animal Hospital, we're looking for a skilled, compassionate technician to join our close-knit, privately owned practice.

We're not a corporate clinic. We're a supportive, fun, hands-on team that loves what we do — and we want someone who's just as excited about patient care and surgery as we are.

What You'll Do

• Assist our veterinarians in surgery (spays, neuters, soft tissue, and more)
• Monitor anesthesia and ensure smooth recoveries
• Perform blood draws, catheter placements, and in-house lab work
• Support afternoon appointments, client education, and nursing care
• Help keep our surgical suite organized and running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• Active LVT license
• OR
• 4+ years of strong surgical tech experience
• Confidence in anesthesia monitoring and surgical support
• A compassionate, team-oriented, detail-driven attitude
• Someone who thrives in a busy but supportive environment
