Who you are :

SumUp is seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to join our team in the Boulder, Colorado office. This team owns the customer facing display that powers thousands of merchants supporting a loyalty experience that serves 37 countries. You’ll lead a tight-knit group of 9-12 software engineers and partner with product, compliance and global engineering stakeholders to deliver products worldwide..

What you’ll do :

• Set and communicate the strategic direction for both the US Instore and Integrations domains, providing technical and people leadership.
• Own the full CFD and Integrations stack end-to-end.
• Coach, mentor and grow engineers while fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.
• Partner with Product & Design peers to scope work, remove blockers, and prioritize iterations to manage delivery for your team.
