We’re Hiring : Client Services & Sales Coordinator

  • Location : Chandler Law – Alpharetta
  • Work Arrangement :
  • First 90 Days : Full-time, in-office for training and onboarding
  • After 90 Days (Upon successful performance) : Four (4) days in office + one (1) remote day per week for the next six months
  • Schedule : Monday–Friday | 9 am – 5 pm | Full-time
  • Compensation : Starting at $23 / hour , with potential for higher pay based on experience.

We’re looking for a Client Services & Sales Coordinator (CSSC) who is warm, persuasive, organized, and motivated to help people take the next step. This is a client-facing, sales-oriented position— no legal background is required. If you’re service-minded, love connecting with people, and can confidently guide conversations, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, delivering an exceptional initial experience
  • Conduct intake calls and guide prospects through the consultation and onboarding process
  • Follow up with leads, handle objections with empathy, and nurture potential clients into becoming happy clients
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and client communications to keep everything running smoothly
  • Prepare and organize client materials, agreements, and meeting packets
  • Support marketing campaigns, track leads, and ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks using the CRM
  • Coordinate document collection, signing ceremonies, and follow-up communications

  • A 4-year college degree is preferred but not required. Experience in sales, client relations, customer service, or hospitality is a plus.
