QA Manager

• Experience establishing QA practices for large and complex applications
• Extensive experience building test plans, analyzing requirements, managing complex test data, and managing defects
• Broad exposure and expertise in distributed applications, specifically Java and .NET
• Demonstrated leadership in QA assessment, maturation, modernization, process mapping, or similar engagements
• Extensive experience leading QA teams with broad focuses across functional, integration, performance, and end-to-end testing
• Demonstrated proficiency influencing the adoption of QA best practices
• Ideally, experience in a hands-on lab environment

Strong release management and environment coordination skills, with a willingness to flex into this role regularly
