What you'll own :
Financial Leadership & Strategy
- Serve as the regional financial expert, preparing monthly financial statements that tell our performance story
- Lead quarterly forecasting and annual budget planning that shapes our regional direction
- Transform WIP schedules from routine reports into strategic planning tools
Operational Excellence
Master the art of month-end and year-end closings with precision and efficiencyReview and analyze GL reconciliations to ensure accuracy across all accountsPartner with auditors to ensure smooth, successful audit processesCollaborative Impact

The Must-Haves :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or AccountingCPA license (active and in good standing)2+ years in public accounting (assurance services) OR 2-5 years in a similar accounting role within constructionExcel expertise that goes beyond basic formulas – you make spreadsheets singThe Difference-Makers :
