Honda of Frontenac is looking for motivated and tech-savvy Internet Sales Consultants to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and a drive to achieve sales goals. This role involves managing online sales inquiries, developing relationships with potential customers, and closing sales deals through digital channels.
Responsibilities :
- Respond to internet sales inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product offerings, vehicle inventory, and current promotions.
- Make 30 + phone calls daily
- Experience with creating video walk-around
- Exhibit diligent and resilient follow-up with all leads to ensure maximum sales conversion.
- Communicate with potential customers via email, chat, and phone to understand their needs and recommend appropriate vehicles.
- Strong ability to overcome objections.
- Schedule appointments for vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Follow up with online leads and maintain accurate records of all communications and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales department, including maintaining a minimum 10.5% closing percentage on internet sales inquiries.
Qualifications :
Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively online.Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, organized, detail-oriented, with a high degree of adaptability and willingness to learn.Proficiency in using CRM software, email, and live chat platforms.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Benefits :
