A company is looking for a Client Insights Manager to execute operational activities and manage the client lifecycle for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Design and enhance client-facing reporting templates and dashboards
Create and improve operational procedures and workflows for Client Success operations
Develop and implement training materials and programs for internal teams and clients
Required Qualifications
5-8+ years of experience in Client Insights, Client Success Operations, Business Operations, Data Analytics, or related fields
Experience in designing training programs and instructional materials in a technical or client-facing environment
Strong background in BI / reporting tools, particularly Tableau
Experience with CRM and workflow platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; SQL or strong data analysis experience is a plus
