The ideal candidate will coordinate people, products, and processes to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to scope. You'll also play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships and driving continuous improvement across teams. In addition, the Security Systems Project Manager will :

• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and team members.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Meet budgetary objectives and adjust based on financial analysis.
• Track performance using NetSuite ERP.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coach and develop field technicians.
• Approve timesheets and maintain project documentation.
• Continuously improve field processes and team productivity.
