A company is looking for a Business Development Director to lead business development activities across Market Area Americas.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sustainable business growth strategies in collaboration with regional Customer Units and account teams
Lead go-to-market initiatives for BSS / OSS offerings and monitor market dynamics to influence portfolio relevance
Drive innovation and ensure sales readiness while serving as a senior representative in executive-level customer engagements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or related field
15+ years of experience in the telecom software industry, particularly in BSS / OSS
Proven success in business development and solution leadership with Tier-1 Communications Service Providers
Strong understanding of telecom networks, IT systems, and digital transformation
Experience managing large-scale deals and partnerships
