Entry-Level Real Estate Sales Agent

This is a commission-only position; compensation is based on transactions closed. Compensation :

$100,000 at plan earnings

Responsibilities :

Represent the brokerage with professionalism during negotiations and closings.

Participate in structured training sessions focused on sales, client service, and lead management.

Provide excellent client service with responsiveness, professionalism, and follow-through.

Manage leads provided by the brokerage and follow up using our CRM systems.

Take part in ongoing mentorship and educational opportunities with industry experts.
