A company is looking for a Call Center Representative (FULL TIME / REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
Acts as a liaison between hospital staff, nurses, pharmacies, patients, and providers
Triages inbound calls for multiple facilities and manages daily provider schedules
Documents calls accurately and relays schedule changes to staff and management
Required Qualifications
Approximately one year of office experience in a medical setting
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
Ability to work with minimal direction and supervision
Ability to handle stress and conflict effectively
Experience in a team-oriented environment
