Job Title : Locum Tenens Pediatric Anesthesiologist

Location : Port Saint Lucie, FL 34987 (Florida healthcare jobs)

Assignment Dates : Wednesday, December 10 & Thursday, December 18, 2025

Shift : 12-hour shifts, estimated 36 hours per week

Estimated Weekly Salary : $6,390 - $7,560

Patient Volume : 6-8 patient encounters per shift

Department : Pediatric Anesthesiology, Anesthesiology

Employment Type : Locum Tenens, Travel Physician

Pediatric Anesthesiologist Qualifications

MD degree with board eligibility or board certification in anesthesiology

Minimum 1 year of anesthesiology experience (pediatric anesthesia experience preferred)

Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain quickly)

Current ACLS and BLS certifications

Ability to complete credentialing within 3 days

Key Responsibilities

Administer general anesthesia to pediatric and adult patients in a single-operating-room setting

Manage ventilation and evaluate / resolve acute volume and blood pressure issues

Collaborate with surgical and nursing teams to ensure patient safety and optimal clinical outcomes

Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient care

Deliver high-quality pediatric anesthesiology care in a supportive healthcare environment
