Foreign Military Sales Program Management Analyst Journeyman

JOB SUMMARY :

Seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist with strong administrative skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and efficient front-desk experience, while also supporting various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day office operations, including but not limited to answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
• Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Assist in maintaining organized and up-to-date records related to purchase orders and order fulfillment.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels of office supplies and equipment and reorder points.
• Maintain overall office organization.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.

WORK SCHEDULE :

Hours are 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm. You are required to be at your workstation from the start of your shift to the completion of your shift Monday thru Friday
