Construction Senior Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Senior Project Manager to lead multifamily residential and industrial projects in the Phoenix area. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of construction from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and budget compliance. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring coordination with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver successful projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage multifamily and industrial construction projects from pre-construction planning through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work.
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections for compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and issues proactively.
• Prepare and present project reports on progress, budgets, and schedules to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Maintain strong communication and collaboration with owners, architects, engineers, and local authorities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
