Nurse Practitioner – Correctional facility
cTrace Solutions is seeking a Nurse Practitioner in Columbus, Ohio. This role offers competitive pay, weekly compensation, and does not require weekend or holiday shifts!
Location: Columbus, OH
Compensation: $82 per hour (DOE) plus $200 Sign-On Bonus
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ( 40 hours a week)
Contract length: 6 months (High likelihood of extension)
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver routine and urgent medical care
- Conduct examinations and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Diagnose, treat, and prescribe within the scope of practice
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests
- Administer vaccines and perform minor procedures
- Coordinate referrals and document care according to the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction standards
- Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer and care team
Requirements
- Active Ohio NP license - REQUIRED
- ANCC certification - REQUIRED
- DEA registration - REQUIRED
- CPR/BLS certification - REQUIRED
- 1+ year NP experience in primary care - REQUIRED
