Job Summary :

The IoT Application Development Manager will lead a team of developers and engineers in the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable, and secure applications that leverage data from connected devices and sensors. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise in IoT ecosystems, proven leadership skills, and a deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices. The manager will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality IoT solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Team Leadership and Management :

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers, solution architects, and quality assurance engineers focused on IoT applications.
• Develop and / or manage off-site development teams. Ensure quality timelines and costs are effectively managed.
• Allocate resources effectively and manage the project pipeline, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.

Technical Strategy and Execution :

Stakeholder Collaboration :

Required Qualifications :

5+ years of progressive experience in software development, with a focus on web, mobile, or backend applications.

Proven expertise with homegrown Cloud Platforms and others such as AWS IoT, Azure IoT Hub / Central, Google Cloud IoT).
