[job_card.job_description]Be the first point of contact for inbound client inquiries Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs (projects, apparel, budgets, timelines) Manage a personal account list and guide clients through projects from start to finish Collaborate with account managers, artists, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution Provide excellent communication and service to build repeat business Document activities in our CRM to maintain clear, predictable workflows A positive, outgoing personality confident leading client conversations Strong communication skills (phone, email, video, in-person) Highly organized with project management abilities Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple clients / projects Previous experience in inside sales, account management, or other client-facing roles preferred A team-first attitude with the ability to collaborate across departments $17$20 / hr (based on experience) + performance incentives Health insurance, PTO, and 401k with company match Modern, state-of-the-art office environment (opening soon!) Were in the middle of an exciting expansion into a brand-new state-of-the-art headquarters in Clinton, IA, and were looking for motivated, people-oriented Inside Sales Representatives to help us take our next big leap.
