Evening Receptionist

Location : North Richland Hills, TX (On site) | Type : Full time | Hourly Rate : $15 / hour

Are you a people person who enjoys helping others and creating great first impressions? Our dealership is looking for a friendly, professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience both in person and over the phone.

Schedule :

  • MondayFriday : 3 : 00 PM 9 : 00 PM (with one weekday off)
  • Saturdays alternate between full-day (8AM8PM) and afternoon (1PM8PM) shifts

What You'll Do :

  • Greet and welcome customers as they enter the dealership
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and general inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Support the sales and service teams with administrative tasks as needed

    • What You'll Need :

  • Prior customer service or receptionist experience preferred (automotive experience a plus!)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Proficient with phones, email, and basic computer systems
  • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • At least 18 years old.
