This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of franchising, brand consistency, and multi‑channel engagement.

Position Overview

Are you a strategic marketing leader who lives in the world of Meta, social, and digital campaigns? Amped Fitness is seeking a CMO who can drive growth, engagement, and brand loyalty across all touchpoints. You will oversee marketing for +50 locations, ensuring campaigns resonate locally and nationally while maintaining a cohesive brand story. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, and automation, who can translate insights into action. Your leadership will bridge creative vision with operational execution to drive results across our network of gyms.

Key Responsibilities

• The CMO will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across all channels: digital, social, email, SMS, paid media, and traditional.
• Lead marketing for multi‑site retail/commercial units, ensuring brand consistency while empowering local marketing initiatives.
• CMO will oversee all campaigns on Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms to grow engagement, acquisition, and retention.
• Leverage data insights and analytics to optimize campaigns, monitor ROI, and guide decision‑making.
• Drive the implementation of AI, automation, and technology tools to scale marketing efficiency and personalization.
• Collaborate with operations and franchise teams to navigate marketing within multi‑unit environments.
• Mentor a high‑performing marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and results‑driven culture.
• Ensure all marketing initiatives align with corporate objectives and brand voice.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading marketing for multi‑site retail or commercial operations of 50+ units.
• Deep expertise in Meta, social media, and digital marketing strategies.
• Proven track record in franchise or multi‑unit brand marketing preferred.
• Experience integrating marketing automation, CRM systems, and AI‑driven campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional leadership skills and ability to manage cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Passion for fitness, wellness, and lifestyle brands is a plus.
