Job Title: CT Technologist
Location: Metairie, LA
Pay Rate: $37 – $40 per hour
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist to join a healthcare facility in Metairie, Louisiana. The technologist will perform high-quality computed tomography imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols.
Responsibilities
- Perform CT scans according to physician orders and established protocols
- Prepare, position, and educate patients prior to procedures
- Operate and maintain CT imaging equipment
- Follow radiation safety and infection control standards
- Accurately document procedures and patient information
- Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff
Requirements
- ARRT certification in CT required
- Active Louisiana license (if applicable)
- Minimum 1 year of CT experience preferred
- Strong understanding of radiation safety standards
